HELP!! I can't open a word document...

I have 3 word document that I can't open.
No virus, I reinstall the office, I test the files in 4 different computer and I can't do nothing.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Try these. (assuming you know the name of the document and if you are trying to open a "saved as" *.doc) Are you getting any error messages?

If you are outside the program:

1. From Windows Taskbar/Start/Documents; click on your doc.
or,
2. Double click on the doc from inside Explorer.

From within the program:

1. Check File menu, last open documents are listed (you can also modify how many to list);
or,
2. Ctrl + O. In Open dialog box, type the file name in the File Name text box and choose the location from the Look In drop down list.

Alternately, if you are looking for the file and the file name doesn't appear in the contents list box, make sure you are opening the right type of file, i.e., Excel *.xls files won't open correctly in Word.

Finally, it's always wise to option a backup of your document. This has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion.

I don't know how much experience you have with Word, so please excuse if you already know these basic steps.
