If you've read the reviews yet, you can see that alot of people will agree. Another option is the BH-6 (which is what I have). gak 03-23-1999, 07:48 PM Although a lot of people reported problems of spontaneous rebooting of the Abit bh6 and say the board is picky about which memory slots you use, I have never had anything but good luck with mine. I've been using it now for several months without a glitch. Boards from Aopen and Asus are also very good. Kind of depends on what you intend to do with it as to which is best. The BX6r2 delivers the best of all worlds and will carry you farther into the future than any other. Co-designer Oskar Wu is a regular over at Anand's and delivers a kind of customer support no other company has allowed - beta BIOS flashes etc. There have been some batch problems with the r2, but mine and many others' are everything we might have wanted and more.
