just do what i do. make multiple posts, but span them across different BB's: Sysopt, Anand, Arstechnica, PC Mech (say hi to our buddy reboot over there). Just make sure only 1 post per BBS.

You might not get a response immediately, that's one thing about this forum, u need to have a little patience sometimes. To answer ur Q, AMD's are not as great @ OC'ing as Intel's CPU's are. a 450 might be able to reach 550, 600 MAX if u have proper cooling. AMD's also produce more heat than most Intel based CPU's, hope that answers ur Q.
