Outlook 2000: Where are the attachments?

Am trying to track down location of the file attachments received in Outlook 2000.

Would like to forward an attached file from myself to a colleague and skip the intermediary process of saving the document to file and reattaching it to a new document. If I can open it from within a message in my inbox, it's obviously already available SOMEWHERE on my computer.
