Inno 3d kyro II 4500 64mb vs inno 3d geforce2 gts ddr32mb

guys i need your opinions on my upgrade dilema. i'm only considering these 2 cards toreplace my current tnt2 ultra. is this company's card any good coz they sell them relatively cheap.

I've no quarrels with inno3D, havn't heard bad things, what's the price difference between these two particular cards your looking at?

Had some boot problems with the inno3d geforce 2 gts 32mb with my Abit SA6R (you can check my post on 08-4-2001). I had to get my money back and replaced it with a Creative geforce 2 pro 64mb which had no such problems and even o/c to 220/440 stable with stock h/s fan and no ram h/s.
