Help--Lost my VGA pass through Cable

Yes...I lost my voodoo 2 pass-through cable. I have searched eBay,google,pricewatch, and many other places. No luck.

Does anyone have any idea where I can procure one of those. Its for my wife's machine. I hate to get rid of a perfectly good card for wont of a cable.

I suppose if I had to I could make one. Any ideas on the pin out on that thing?

Thanks Brian. But my wife, who swears she never touched it, found it in her office upstairs just a few minutes ago.
