http://www.m3dzone.com have all the latest BIOSes. The TNT2 is the NV4 (or the number before the NV10)

If something goes wrong when doing this, how would I be able to change it back? I really don't want to have to buy a new card at this time.

if oyu dont have a replacement (even something temporary so you can browse the web for info on sorting anything that went wrong) then dont bother reflashing your bios

I was wondering if it is possible to update your video card BIOS? When my computer boots up it displays what type of card I have and the BIOS version. Are there upgrades for this that make the card more stable or something?

p.s.- I've got a nVidia RIVA TNT2 M64

Mos cards can have the video BIOS flashed. Check the manufacturers website.
