any radeon2 news yet?

So whats the deal? I don't keep up with ATI news so can someone fill me in. Need a new card soon.

Well I know it's supposed to be fully programmable and DX8 like a GF3 and it's also supposed to use Trueform. Look up a trueform on Anandtech as they had a good article a few months ago on it.

I read the previews. I'm just wondering when it's coming out. I need a card soon, but if it's a month away I'll wait.

My GeforceMX fried itself http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif So I need a card like yesterday. I can wait till September at the latest. Otherwise it's Geforce3 time.

Don't know exactly when the release is but seeing as there's absolutely no reviews or even mentions of it on ATI's site I can't see it being released any time soon. Maybe it'll have to be a GF3 then http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
