IE 5

I just had to reformat my drive and after getting everything set back I just noticed that I forgot to install IE 4.0 and add the desktop update before I put on IE 5.0. My question is there any way to use the quick launch bar without having active desktop installed. Man I will never get my cdrw soon enough, I cant wait till I can "image" and be done with this junk. Thanks.

i don't know if you still need help on this (seeing as it is a few days old), but i think i figured it out...

ok. right-click on the taskbar (somewhere in between the Start button and the clock). go to "Toolbars" and then select "Quick Launch". If you don't have the "quick launch" option, then just create a new toolbar. the folder is located in "C:\windows\application data\microsoft\internet explorer".
