I think my wifes onboard video is shot. Ive checked the monitor on another system and it works. I ordered a PCI card and will be installing it.
Since there is no video at all and it is onboard, Will the pci card take precedence over the onboard video? If not, does this mean a new MB? Any advice welcomed!
Another question thats unrelated.(if I may)
My wife needs 10 units of win95 os. I was looking at ebay and noticed something new with added hardware to install the software. I guess they use a hard drive or cpu and then its no good. Whats up with that and how time consuming is it?

There should be a jumper on the motherboard to disable the onboard video, just check in your manual, or post your motherboard make/model in this thread, and someone should know which jumper to switch.

Thats what I thought Kuasimodem. I dont have a manual so I guess its time to try to identify the MB. At least I know its a ASUS.
Thanks!
