I dont own one myself but hurcules is a good brand and overclocks well.

As with Spidey I don't own one. But Herculies is well known for quality graphics cards, and all I've heard about that card is praise!
As for the 64Mbs. A few months ago you wouldn't have needed it. But now if you have the money get it!
Other companies to look into would be ELSA (the best graphics card company), ATI (the radeon line), and Asus supposidly makes nice graphics cards to. Although I'm not very fimiliar with them.
