i know that im breaking US law by getting this
i need it in work since i have a software in the server that MUST have 128bit encryption

if anybody has it could u plz email it to me

im posting this because I CANT download it from microsoft
they scan my IP and sees that im not in the US

it sounds as if the IP that you are on is unresolvable with a reverse DNS lookup...if possible check with your ISP about why that is...

The 128bit version is in their restricted list and the following statement applies, "The following parts require a Dept. of Commerce export license or applicable license exception to ship outside the U.S. or Canada. For information on how to use this list, go to "Common Questions".

I don't think you're going to find too many people willing to break U.S. Federal Encryption laws by knowingly exporting the product to you, unfortunately. If you're using it at work, tell your company that they need to get a license for it. Our govt. doesn't want you guys making it tough for the CIA to spy on ya, or something like that http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif.
