I got my LG Flatron 17" 775FT Monitor from a second hand shop. The specification for my monitor is as follows:Maximum Resolution
Maximum Resolution : 1280 x 1024: 60Hz(NI)
H-Frequency : 30 ~ 70KHz
V-Frequency : 50 ~ 160Hz
Pixel Frequency : 110MHz
So based teh info mentioned above, may i know what is the refresh rate of my LG Monitor then ?
Please advise.

at 1280x1024, the highest refresh rate is 60Hz. (75-85Hz is recommended as 'flicker-free' and gentle on the eyes, so this resolution is unusable for everyday use for most people.)
at 1024x768, the highest refresh rate is 85Hz, which is probably the resolution you're going to want to use on a 17" screen.
