How to solve my problem ? Please Help ! [Archive]

I have just installed Matrox G450 AGP video card on my PIII computer. (under WinME). Everything is work out fine except one thing. I have no idea why when I reboot or turn on my computer, when I get into my windows desktop, the windows of Control Panel and My computer are already open, so I have to manually close them both once I get into Windows. In fact, I did uncheck or not to choose "Save my Windows / icons position" under Matroc Powerdesk / QuickDesk.

May I know waht should I do to fix this stupid problem.

Please advise and many thanks in advance

Check the startup folder to see if there are entries for these two items. For some reason they are in the startup files fr some reason.
