Radeon Video Capture Problems

I have a radeon 64ddr vivo card. It works fine for everything except video capture. As soon as I load "Video In" it locks up. Should there be some reference to video capture in my system properties? All I show is "rage wdm theatre video" I have tried repeatedly to get onto ati's tech support. Busy untill 5 minutes before close then all I get is a message saying they are closed.

Make sure that you have ALL your drivers updated, Directx, video, bus mastering, and AGP drivers, ATI cards are really sensitive to this.
