Why do i get some strange horizontal lines when i capture video in 320x240 format or higher allthough in 160x120 or less image is ok? i ve checked everything what is going wrong ....?

What are your specs, and what type of cables are you usuing for the TV connection?

Nothing...! Just a simple capturing proc
with a Chronos Video Shuttle II tV tuner.
I cannot decrease the fps from my card when recording and since it grabbs at 30fps i get a video audio desync.Any ideas how to redure the fps rate other than from my cards software...? OS=WindowsME
