Windows boot disk faliure error on boot up! help~!

Hello sometimes when i boot my comp i get this message : Boot disk failure insert system disk and reboot. I just hit ctrl alt delete and then it boots okay. sometimes I have to hit it twice. I have my Western Digital HD hooked up to Promise ATA66 card go to www.angelfire.com/co3/malachidespair (http://www.angelfire.com/co3/malachidespair) for my system config. Should I worry! Also when i access mpc my system hangs for 2 sec. maybe my internet connect sux. please help i am lost.
