I would like to re-fomat my Hard Drive to clean up all junk. What is the best way to do this? Im running Win98

What type of system, first off. Self-built or store-bought? Brand name?
And what install disk do you have? You usually can't do a "clean" install of Windows from a "restore" disk, if that's what you have.
It's not bad to do once you have everything needed.
> Known good boot disk with CD Drivers (W98's "Make system disk" will do this)
> Any Windows install disk EXCEPT "restore disks! (Also need previous one if it's an "upgrade" disk)
> Any hardware drivers.
First step you do now, before starting, and that's to BACK UP ANY DATA including your mail and bookmark files!!
