dear friends
can anyone help me i cannot load sun solaris os on my M571 motherboard,as the Sun installation software is not able to find the bus enumeration ,even the ide controllers or the on board soundpro chip,,,pls help

Is the hardware supported? I know that can be a problem w/Solaris.
Have you considered Linux? Do you require Solaris for a program or???

Maybe you should try apps and operating systems?? or maybe look around on the net, i have only had a little expirience with solaris, and that was on Suns

The SIS chipsets are not well (if at all) supported by Unix OS's like Solaris or Linux.

At least the M570 that I had would not install any of them.
