Mp3 player that juices less resourses than WInamp?

I got friends that have only 32ram and they arent exactly gunna tear apart their comp and put more ram in. What im askin is there a MP3 player that doesnt take as much ram as Winamp? from my past experiences, Winamp, ICQ, and a ICQ chat are enough to crash a 32ram system.

you must be joking. winamp is a lot better at resources than some of the first mp3 players to come out. i used to use it on a 16mb system with a p90 and do some office apps at the same time. what are they running -- all kinda visual plugins or something?

No..justa base winamp 1.x player
I have 2.2 but my guess it it uses more resourses than 1.x cuz its flashier.
Am i right bout this?

I only have 32 meg ram in my PII 300, and Winamp doesn't bother it at all. The music might cut out for a second or two when I load something else, but all works well. I'm using version 2.something.
