I'm looking at a low cost upgrade for my ATI xpert2000 card, and I was reading a review that basically said that Kyro II based cards were better than an MX and about as good as a GTS for a little cheaper than the MX. Is this true? It's a lot of money to get into without knowing the lowdown.

Well, I always root for the underdog. Perhaps we have another AMD coming on here? My new card is definately going to a Kyro II, finess over brute force.
