Well, I don't know what the problem is. You see I have a 466mhz Celeron A, 192MB of RAM, a 20.5 GB hard drive, and two Voodoo II 12MB 3D cards (in SLI). But the thing is when I'm viewing a webpage or reading an email, my scroll bar seems to "stutter" when ever I try to scroll up or down (with either my mouse or the keyboard). Why is it doing this??? I mean I know that it is not staining my hardware, so what gives? Well the only thing that I could think of, was to turn down the hardware acceleration. So I turned it down one notch...nothing happened. Then another notch...finally! Yeah, that my have taken care of that problem but it opened up several more! Like when I try to run a game that requires some type of software rendering, it won't run until I turn the hardware acceleration back up again (but that means restarting my computer EVERYTIME that I want to play this game). It's also caused a few other issues but I can't remember exactly what they were (usually couldn't run a program). What I want to know is if there is any other possible answer to my current problem. Please let me know (and so far a "clean install of Windows 98 didn't help).

Thanks alot,
Jason
