I,m using asus geforcemx2 v7100 tv-out I,m able to watch DVD's on the monitor.However,
when set on clone mode,the movie plays back rather slowly on monitor and TV.It seems to be in step frame and sound is a bit distorted
.The cables are all new and properly connected.The card is also new.Am I doing something wrong?improper settings,refresh rates or could there be a problem with rear
projection TV?Would appreciate any help

Have you tried using just the TV-Out and not both the monitor and TV? I am running a ViperII on my A7V Duron system and have no porblems with running just to the TV to watch movies. I am using an S-Video hookup to the TV.
