Folks-
There is a bill before Congress, 602-P, that would impose a 5 cent surcharge on every email sent. The US Postal service claims we are taking there business and wants repayment. If you really dont want to ante up to another infringement on free expression, call and write everyone you can to get this stopped!!!!!!!!!!!

that is impossible...
how would they keep track of that... and it is senceless, because it would only apply in the states, that means u get an email address from a company from Canada or UK or anywhere else, and is still free............
NO offense but I think that bill would be impossible to implement!!!!!!!
