I read somewhere that starting with some version, nVidia disabled the coolbits edit to allow the Hardware tab in the drivers. Is this true? Are the 6.50 drivers (Latest official release for W9x/ME) able to OC? I currently use the det3 6.31's and don't want to upgrade unless I know I can still OC my GF2MX.

I have 650 and coolbits still worked.

Yep, same here 6.50 & coolbits. Overclocking my Asus 7100 GeForce MX2 from the default 175/166 core/memory clock frequency to 210/210. Makes a couple hundred points difference in D Mark 2001 scores.

I have a TNT2 Ultra (150/187) overclocked to 175/210 using Detonator 6.50 & CoolBits and it'e been running just fine...
