How do I completely delete stuff in startup? I know how to disable them from loading by using msconfig but I want to be able to delete them.

To actually delete the "referrence to them so they dont show up in MSCONFIG you will have to edit the registry. or of course you can UNinstall the offending program http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Depends. Anything in the Startup folder can just be dragged out.

If it's not in the Startup folder, then you'll have edit the Registry and look under these keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunOnce

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunServices
