Did you ban paclink.net ISP?

When I try to connect to sysopt.com from my primary ISP, (paclink.net) I get a message saying "Forbidden" - what's up? In the process of banning some undesirable's ISP did I get bumped as well?

Going to sign on to Paclink and try again....

WEIRD - EVERYTHING IS OKAY NOW - whew!

i got the same error and im on @home think they had server problems or something it was fixed in about 3 minutes
