Questions about fans, and heat sinks...

Hey, if you have say... 2or 3 fans inside of your compter, what does it do, why is it better to gave more fans, does keeping it cool speed up your computer??? THANKS for read, if you know the answer please respond, lata

High temps cause instability in the CPU, RAM,, video aqnd other components. For overclockers it is a must to have good cooling.
More fans create greater air flow if set up properly and lower case and component temps b/c the heat is blown out and replaced with cooler air.

Just an add on to Daves post above,
Keeping it cool will also help it last longer, heat is one of the biggest killers of system, even greater than static.
