I've looked all over the web for it, I can find prices, details, and a lot of other ****, but I can't find the actual NVidia product # anywhere. I need that number. If anyone has it, I'd really appreciate it.

NVidia does not make video cards.
They make video CHIPS, and sell them to companies who make cards.
Decide what manufacturer you want (Creative, Leadtech, Asus, etc.) and check their web site.
