Monitor problem

the monitor ADI 6p,kind of turn off ones in a while for like half a second???

power management is off
and set to 5 hour in contol panel

As you can see, I had trouble with this same monitor too, but I got a replacement in the end. Check out the useful link about monitor problems too, it may point you in the right direction.
How old is the monitor? If its still under guarantee then get a replacement.

Hey Starmaster, I quickly looked at the date and thought it was 28th Jan THIS year, I did wonder what you were going on about!!

I wonder if Martins problem has been fixed!!!!!!!!
