Net2Phone: PC to PC ???

I just downloaded and registered with the newest ver. of Net2Phone. This software allows u to make calls from your PC, using your soundcard w/speakers, and a microphone. There's a feature on the software that allows you to also make a PC-to-PC call. What's that??, and how do u make one??

i use Roger Wilco (http://www.rogerwilco.com) and Excite Chat (http://www.excite.com) for PC voice chat. They are both free.
The former allows a channel to be set up on a host IP which friends can join, while Excite Chat works either on its own site (you can send text messages and small files too) or will allow you to communicate with anyone also using the software on any other website...
Both have radio-quality audio, and I have spoken successfully with people in Europe and South Africa with these...

I imagine that Net2Phone may require other users to have the software installed too, and you dial their IP to connect...
