Hello,
I was wondering if this was true. I have a KA7, MX, and SlotA Athlon 700. When I first built it it ran great. Now it will lock up when playing games (ONLY games though). Do they truly not get along or have they since fixed it?

There have been known issues between the geforce cards and the amd irongate chipset, the earlier revisions.
But only when the geforce ran agp2x, try setting it to agp1x, if your mobo has that chipset.
It might just work.
Hope this helps a little

KA7 aint Irongate - its Via KX133.
Maybe its set to AGP4x. Try setting it down to AGP2x, as there are problems running AGP4x on some Via boards.
If that doesnt work, try downloading the detonator 3's off Nvidia's website (www.nvidia.com) and then installing those drivers.

As much as everyone else seems to love the Detonator 3 drivers...the problem you describe here is *EXACTLY* what happened when I was using them with my card.
I ended up using the manufacturers drivers (in this case LeadTek) and things have been fine ever since.
It's something to try anyways...try different drivers for the card. If you're using the Detonator 3 drivers...try the ones provided by your manufacturer or vice versa. And make sure you're using the latest ones off the website!
Hope this helps. :-)
Try latest VIA 4in1 drivers available from theit site, corrected some AMD+GF problems some time ago ...
Also KX chipset known as troublemaker in this area, if 4in1 solution doesn't work, try flashing the latest BIOS available ...
