3dfx tools setting on beta drivers

I noticed a few things on the beta release. There's a Hidden Surface Removal, and a Guardband Clipping.

Anyone know what the guardband clipping is?

I was wondering that myself.
checked a lot of forums but know one seems to know that yet.and there is know info in the help file for it.
if i find anything i'll let you know.
i have the beta with gaurdband clipping but not HSR i cant get them to install i get a "no more info" error. cant find any reason for that either.
