Hey i just wanted to know how to start a program on a TI-92. How do you do it??? See i'm used to using the TI-83 at school and this is a little new.
Oh it's a TI-92plus not a TI-92
I don't know if this makes a difference. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

My point was how do you run a basic game(program) on a TI-92???????????????

Depends on what type of file It is I believe, actually I think at the home screen you can just type the name of the program you send, ie you send *test.92p* to it, you just type test, and it ought to run i, for one game i had to type test/test(), not sure why..

On my ti-92 to run a program called test I type test() at the home screen, but you have to make sure that the program is in the same directory. The ( ) are used to pass any variables, but I have not seen a program that needed to be sent anything.

Is that the one that looks like a sega game gear? If it is, I was wondering this...does it have a color screen?

Hey but maybe that could be TI's next idea. Who knows maybe the graphing and games might get better. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
Oh yeah i forgot to say that programname() worked on the home screen but on some games i had to go into the folder then to the home screen and type programname()and it worked
