Artic Silver Thermal Paste On GPU of GeForce 2 GTS Ultra

Just wondering if I can put Artic Silver Thermal Paste on the GPU of the GeForce 2 GTS Ultra Video Card?

Also, I took off the heatsink/fan and noticed a green sticker type that is on the heatsink. Should I take this off if I can apply Artic Silver Thermal Paste?

The green sticker thing is prolly thermal tape. Which totally blows. Take as much off as you can, try scraping it off and using alcohol/qtip. Why use Artic Silver thermal paste, when you can use Artic Silver thermal epoxy? hehe. Seriously, get the epoxy, it holds like glue and transfers heat like Artic Silver.

Hmmm....just remembered that you didnt mention gettin a new heatsink..hehe in that case use the paste =) Also try not to get any on the PCB traces or connectors...its supposed to be non electrically conductive, but...cant be too sure =)
