That's an input, connect your cable and/or antenna(75Ohm) feed to it.

I have the Pinnacle PCTV Pro PCI.
I dont know what kinda of connectors I'm supposta have.
The FM connector says "connect the radio anenna to the coaxial adapter or interconnect your cable radio jack to the radio antenna input on your PCTV Pro Card".
Is this on any stereo? Do I have to buy this specially? If so, where do I get it? and does it connect to anything else?
I get about 4 stations now with no antenna.
Also, I have cable TV in college, but not at home. How will I be able to watch TV at home? What kind of wire would I need? Where would I get it?
