DVD movies an surf the web! How do I get TVS speakers to work and pc speakers to play DVD movie sound at same time? TV is a sony trintron 27" with front fireing Bose speckers added!~

You can simply hook up both the computer speakers and the TV's audio input RCA jacks to your sound card's audio output jacks.
Drop by RadioShack, and ask for a 1/8" stereo to dual RCA conversion cable. If you require something longer than six feet, you will also have to purchase an extension cable. The cheapest way to lengthen the connection is to ask for a 20 feet 1/8" male to 1/8" female audio extensio cable.
Also, you might require a 2-way 1/8" audio splitter if your sound card only has one non-amplified output. Again, this item can normally be found at any RS. Assuming you have to purchase all the items above, the cost should be under $15.
