wich Gts2 64 is the most preferable one to have?

and the Guillemot Prophet2 64 ?

i know the asus and the guillemot have clip on heatsink fan,what about the Ati ?

Hercules would be the way to go. If your looking to buy one, I'd wait about week for the Pro to be released. It'll be much better.

I'd wait for the pro to come out also, but I wouldn't buy one. Get a regular Geforce2 - the release of the pro should drive the prices of these cards down some.

Which cards are GF2 pro? DO they use the same Infineon mem chips? Can overclocking my GF2 to 400Mhz bus be making it a pro?

If I remember right the PRO's core speed is 220 and the memory is 400. The ULTRA is 250 and 460. The cheapest pre-orders I've seen for these cards is $350 for the PRO and $475 for the ULTRA. Also the PRO will have no DVI.
