ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder Your thoughts on this card fellas?

Have it on pre-order coming in in Mid Oct.
Getting it for $245US equivalent shipped. Good price?

Anyhow just wanted your thoughts on the card.
I'm no FPS fella, as mostly I play emulation and PC Racers, so I'd like something all around.

I want the card for its:
EMBM
FSAA
Hardware T&L
Multimedia functionality

Anyone that has this card have troubles with it? Any troubles running it on the Via-based mobos? IE - MSI 694D?

I use an Allinwonder 128 and its great!!
So to me a Radeon chip would be like putting iceing on the cake, YUM YUM!!
