Have a Tyan S1598 (1M cache) with 32M elsa erazor III on a amdk62@350. Installed Tyan 4in1 drivers as well as Elsa drivers from cd and latest agp driver file. Worked fine initially...

Subsequent re-format of mb and re-install of win98se produces the artifacting on avi playback. Why?

Update your drivers. Any driver on a CD is out dated.
