Have windows ME installed, stock driver , video per went down with ME by a couple of frams. Running a k3 400 amd at 450 2.6 volts. how easy to install?

Everyone seems happy with the latest beta drivers, available from Matrox's site:

If you are uncomfortable with beta drivers, they recently released some M$ WHQL certified drivers, which have also gotten positive comments, but are slightly older than the latest betas.

Running the new beta drivers 6.1 , not easy to install , untill my cd burner is put though use.
