How can I record a CD and use it with Winamp?

What kind of files are you wanting to copy? MP3's, Wav's or tracks from other CD's? or a combination of all of the above?

The question is a little obtuse. I have never been able to play CD's with Winamp. My machine always uses Media Player. I sure would like to know how to use winamp for playing CD's. For converting MP3 to wave or wave to MP3 see. http://execpc.com/MrShannon

Winamp deffinately plays CDs, I'm playing one now.

you can add the directory to the playlist and play the entire cd that way. alternatively, you can download a plugin from winamp's site that automatically plays cd's for you....

winamp plays cd-s automaticly
if u in the setup tell it to do so

RIght click on winamp the select preferances and make sure the box to associate with audio CDs is checked.

Bravo Jad, I was waiting to see someone post that one! But, Ultra player is da bomb! It'll even take streaming audio and save it as an MP3 file!
