Is this card(diamond mx300) able to share irq's with another card?

It should be able to share with other PCI devices, being PCI itself. Of course, some PCI devices aren't fully compliant, and may still experience problems. My computer right now only has about 1 or 2 IRQ shares. In the past though, one computer had about half of the devices in it on IRQ 11, without any problems. So it can be done.

I have an MX300--it's a great card. But mine doesn't seem to like being overclocked at ALL--so beware.

I've got the MX300 and am overclocking my 550E to 792MHz (144FSB) with no problems. Get the Vortex drivers for optimal performance.
