Which is better? TNT2 M64 or V3?

I have a K6-500 on an 83 Mhz bus w/64 Meg of RAM. Current video is a Diamond Stealth 220/Voodoo2 combo. I'm looking at either a TNT2 or Voodoo3 for a new card.

I know the M64 is bandwidth limited but I don't play Quake III at anything higher than 800x600 anyway--which would you guys recommend--and which version of the V3?

A Voodoo 3 with 16mb would be a lot faster than the M64 with 16mb and probably about on par with a M64 with 32mb (ala **** bandwidth). Since your not wanting to go over the 800 x 600 res, even a 16mb Banshee should be enough, otherwise go for the V3 16mb, M64's are **** (but not as **** as vantas!)
