I am a die-hard Winamp fan, but this Music Match Jukebox will give Winamp a run for the money. You can record CD's to mp3's fast and at high bit rates with the free version.
Not to mention there are cool themes to enhance the look of it. The pic below is the "Digital Age" theme, and you can download others.
