have found 86 MB file in my Windows 98 Hard Disk (C http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif folder entitled "Winundo.dat". What is this file and is it necessary? Was it placed there as result of learning the new Windows 95 Backup program? I can certainly use the disk space! Thanks for and info, regards, Donn Ganley

You need it only if you want to can go back to W95. Don't delete it, use Maintenance Wizard to clean it up

It's to be used for the uninstall of Win98 on an upgraded in Win95 system.
