How do u change the look and color of folders in Win98SE?

I saw how to do this somewhere...how do u change the colors and even the styles of folders in WIN98SE??

I can't use Windows Blinds, that prog doesnt work on my computer, but any other suggestions are appreciated

Try going into display properties and changing apperance n stuff, like fonts of folders labels n stuff....
also try iconpackager from www.stardock.com (http://www.stardock.com) to change icons.
