They installed and are working without a hitch, but I did'nt notice any improvement either. Frame rates in Q3test are the same as with the V3 drivers. There are a few more settings to play with, but I have'nt had a chance to fool with them much. I don't think you'll have anything to lose by trying them. -M1pilot blondini 06-27-2000, 01:35 AM good to have a choice of drivers for a change isn't it!! i tried the new beta v3 ver.526 and ver.608 and also the v5 all the same settings on each left the v3000 at 180mhz for stability ran all my games,3dmark2000,unreal flyby timedemo etc. and settled on the 608's(just) the only difference between the v3 and v5 drivers 'seemed' to be the loss of "level of detail bias" in the advanced features tab for d3d/glide and addition of a 32bit rendering choice(and the unuseable AntiAlaising) all games ran fine on all sets for me with 3dmark2000 liking the 608's slightly better-very happy with these drivers so far, although d3d still drags it's heels SysOpt.com
