internet usage recorder

[baffled]

Is there a good (free)program that will record the amount of time my computer is on the internet,log it and maybe even come up with a total for any given period of time.
Thanks for any help.
I already have the ultimate timer(wife)but I need one for the in between time keeping.We just barely avoided a 171 dollar over time charge on phone bill because my ultimate timer threaten to stop using their service,but we need some way of keeping track of our total use.Thanks again for any help.

I am not quite sure of a program that will work for you......but you may be able to find something HERE (http://32bit.bhs.com/default.asp),they seem to have everything you could ever need......check it out....

I would much rather spend time with a beautiful intelligent women then hanging out on my box playing games and forum watching(see quality of women)..actually I have a kinda girlfriend that lives out of state(we did live together very recently).....we do not see other people,and are quite in love.
