Guys,
Is there a good site that has answers to all kinds of memory? or can you help?

I have a "generic" 64 meg sdram stick and the only identifing information i can find on it is on the chip itself. it reads
TIMD
M5M4064S40
9903 (there is 8 chips on the board)

I also have a 64meg "toshiba" stick
the layout on the chips is as such

Toshibia N46444
9850KBD
Japan
TC59S6408BFT-80 (again 8 chips on it)

What do I truely have? Help! I was told at the show that they were PC100 8ns. What CAS are they? Paid 64 bucks each for them did I get ripped off?

Thanks

Re: Your question on a site for answers to all kinds of memory, try these:

http://www.sysopt.com/memory.html

http://www5.tomshardware.com/guides/ram.html

http://www.hpl.hp.com/dram/dramfaq.htm

As to your specific RAM, I'm not sure and don't want to give you wrong info.
